AI operations on retainer. Paid on outcomes.
Outwork your competitors. Not yourself.
Outwerk takes the work your team repeats by hand and moves it onto AI systems, one workflow a month, then runs them every day. You watch the hours come back. You pay on the number.
No technical brief. You do not need to know what to build. Thirty minutes, free, and you leave with a number.

Sound familiar?
Say it the way you'd say it to a colleague.
You describe the frustration. We turn it into a system that runs every day and is measured every month.
Invoices go out late because someone has to compile them.
Invoices build themselves from the job and go out the day the work is done.
Follow-ups happen when somebody remembers.
Every enquiry, quote and overdue account is chased on schedule. A person approves anything that touches money.
Month-end takes two days.
The report compiles itself overnight. Your team checks it in twenty minutes.
Every new client starts with the same forty emails.
Intake, documents and reminders run on their own until the file is complete.
Everything still comes back to me.
Decisions that need you reach you with the context attached. The rest does not.
Why Outwerk
Not another AI agent.
There are three ways to get AI into a company. Two of them leave the work with you.
Cheap or free.
You build it. You run it.
And you fix it at eleven at night. Nobody is accountable for the result, and the moment the person who set it up leaves, it stops.
A roadmap and a deck.
Someone else builds it, later.
If at all. Priced on hours, so the incentive runs the wrong way. The slides are confident; the operations are unchanged.
Built, run, measured.
We run the work. You read the number.
Built on your real data, run every day by a named team, reported monthly, and paid on the result.
Not the cheapest. Not the biggest. The one that is accountable.
The method
AI needs context. So we don't switch everything on day one.
Nothing is replaced on day one. The system runs alongside what you have, learns your rules and your exceptions, and takes work over one workflow at a time. A company becomes AI-first the way it once became computerized: one process at a time, with the people who do the work.
The audit
A typical week, mapped. The number agreed.
First workflow
Built on your real data. Tested by your team before you pay.
One more workflow
Moved, measured, reported. The system learns your exceptions as it goes.
AI-first operations
The repeat work runs itself. Your people are on the work that needs people.
Illustrative program: one workflow a month at thirty to one hundred hours each. Your numbers are set at the audit.
Future-proof
Built on what doesn't change.
Models change every few months. We change them under the hood. The things that make the system yours don't move.
Your data
In accounts you own. Exported within thirty days if you ever leave.
Your rules
Every exception written down and tested, so the system behaves like your best person.
Your numbers
One agreed number per workflow, measured every month.
Your people
A human wherever money or a customer is touched.
A system we build in year one still works in year three, whichever model is best by then.
What we build
Four sizes. One standard.
The plan sets the pace. The audit sets the size. Every size runs every day, is measured, and leaves you owning your data.
Mini apps
One job, done. A single workflow, built in days.
Mini ERP
Clients, jobs, invoices and stock in one place.
Custom ERP
The whole operation, built around how you actually work.
AI employees
Staff inside those systems that handle the repetitive work every day, without being asked twice.
The front door
Websites, client apps and AI chat, when they are part of the system.
The first thing your customers touch should run on the same system as everything behind it. Booking, enquiries and client accounts flow straight into the work, with nothing re-typed.
Designed, built and run by Outwerk on the same standard we hold for client systems. All four sizes in detail
The number
What does repetition cost you?
Put in one task your team repeats. The audit does this for your whole week.
An estimate of current cost, not a promise of savings. Times × minutes × people × 52 ÷ 12.
Enter the numbers above to see the monthly cost.
For larger organizations
An AI operations function, without hiring one.
For companies ready to move a whole function, we run a program: a roadmap across departments, a dedicated team, governance your board will sign off, and training for your people as each workflow moves.
What a program includes
- A named lead and a monthly cadence across functions
- Data in your accounts, a data processing agreement, human review wherever money or a customer is touched
- Your team trained as each workflow moves, so adoption sticks
- A roadmap reviewed every quarter as the models and the business change
- One number per workflow, reported to leadership monthly
Plans
Priced on the number, not the hours.
There are free templates and there are seven-figure transformations. We sit between them: priced against the hours we return, and paid only when they come back.
First workflow
From USD 2,500 setupOne piece of repeat work moved to a system in fourteen days, on your real data, before you pay. Then a monthly run fee. The way most relationships start.
Operations retainer
From USD 5,000 a monthOne workflow a month, a named lead, monthly measurement and a written report. Cancel on thirty days' notice.
AI-first program
Scoped at the auditA roadmap across functions, a dedicated team, governance and training. For companies ready to move whole departments.
Miss the number in a month and that month's run fee is credited.

Built by operators.
Outwerk started as the systems behind two trading businesses in Mumbai: invoicing, inventory, delivery, client records. They still run on them. Today a small senior team designs, builds and runs these systems for companies in the US, Canada, the UK and Europe, working across both sets of hours.
Three stages, one standard. Every system we run is measured against the number agreed at the audit.
Questions, answered.
Do we need to know what to automate?
No. That is what the audit is for. Bring a typical week and describe it the way you would to a colleague.
Will this replace our software?
Not on day one, and never all at once. The system runs alongside what you have and takes over work as it is ready. If something should be replaced, you will know because the number says so.
What happens when the AI models change?
We change them under the hood. Your data, your rules, your workflows and your numbers do not move. That is the point of building on what does not change.
Who owns the system?
You own your data and your accounts from day one. Outwerk owns the platform and licenses it to you. Your configuration goes with you if you leave.
What if it does not work?
You do not pay for that month. The number is the contract.
How long is the contract?
Monthly. Cancel on thirty days' notice when the number stops making sense.
How is our data handled?
It stays in accounts you own. We sign a data processing agreement, we never train general AI models on your data, and we do not take health or other regulated data without a separate agreement.
Who does the work?
A small senior team, with one named lead and response targets in writing. No handoff to juniors, no outsourcing of your project. Mumbai, working across US and European hours.
Outcomes. On repeat.
Thirty minutes. Free. You leave with a number. Or write to hello@outwerk.ai.
